The TRC Company

The TRC Company (formerly Tara Rubin Casting) is one of Broadway's busiest and most prominent casting offices, handling casting for Broadway, Off-Broadway, national tours, regional theatre, film, and television. Founded in 2001 by Tara Rubin — herself a veteran of the legendary Johnson-Liff Casting — the company has served as casting office for over 60 Broadway productions alone. As of February 2025, the company is led by four equal partner-owners: Claire Burke CSA, Kevin Metzger-Timson CSA, Xavier Rubiano CSA, and Peter Van Dam CSA, with Tara Rubin continuing as casting director and advisor.
