About

The Boardwalk Entertainment Group is a privately funded Hollywood-based multi-platform media and production company — often described as a 'mini-studio' — founded in 2011 by writer-director Timothy Scott Bogart, TV producer Gary A. Randall (former president of Orion Television and Spelling Television), and Grammy-winning songwriter Evan 'Kidd' Bogart. The company operates five divisions — Boardwalk Films, Boardwalk Television, Boardwalk Records, Boardwalk Publishing, and Boardwalk Technology — with the shared goal of developing and producing projects across film, television, music, and digital platforms. It is best known for producing the 2023 feature film Spinning Gold, a biopic about Casablanca Records founder Neil Bogart. The company held first-look deals with ABC Studios (broadcast) and Fox TV Studios (cable scripted series) during its active development years.
