About

Talpa Studios is an independent global content house for non-scripted formats, founded by entertainment pioneer John de Mol, and formally rebranded from Talpa Media in September 2023. The company creates, produces, and globally distributes non-scripted television formats — including landmark titles such as The Voice, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, The Floor, Million Dollar Island, and The Quiz with Balls. Headquartered in Hilversum, Netherlands, Talpa Studios holds exclusive access rights to premium broadcast and streaming channels in the Netherlands and Germany, using those markets as effective testing grounds for new format premieres before international rollout. Operating as an open creative network from creation through global distribution, the company partners with broadcasters and streamers worldwide and is a recognized pioneer in non-scripted entertainment.
