Studio Babelsberg AG

Founded in 1912, Studio Babelsberg is the world's oldest large-scale film studio and the birthplace of German cinema, located in Potsdam-Babelsberg near Berlin, Germany. It is one of Europe's largest and most fully equipped production facilities, featuring 21 state-of-the-art sound stages, extensive backlots, a Metropolitan Backlot, and Europe's largest prop department on a 42-acre lot. The studio offers comprehensive production services including set construction, production management, co-production financing, and location services for major international and German productions. Since January 2022, it has been part of the Cinespace Studios global platform, owned by TPG Real Estate Partners (TREP) and Filmbetriebe Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB).
