Spitzer Holding Company

Spitzer Holding Company is the Universal Television-based production banner of writer-producer-showrunner Justin Spitzer, creator of the NBC comedies Superstore, American Auto, and St. Denis Medical. Operating under a long-term overall deal with Universal Television (a division of Universal Studio Group), the company develops and produces primetime broadcast and streaming comedy series, with a specialty in workplace mockumentary-style ensemble comedies. The company is headquartered on the Universal City lot and has been actively producing NBC content in partnership with Universal TV since at least 2015.
