SND (Société Nouvelle de Distribution) is the production and audiovisual rights distribution subsidiary of Groupe M6, France's leading private television group, founded on December 29, 1997 and headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The company's core activities span the development, production, acquisition, financing, and all-media distribution of audiovisual works — both French and foreign — across theatrical, home video, VOD, and TV rights cycles.
