Shore Z Productions is the scripted television production banner of Canadian-born showrunner, writer, and producer David Shore — creator of Fox's long-running medical drama House (2004–2012) and ABC's The Good Doctor (2017–2024). The company focuses exclusively on high-quality scripted drama series, with a particular strength in medical and legal procedurals. As of 2024, Shore Z operates under a three-year overall deal with 20th Television (Disney TV Studios), having previously spent approximately 12 years at Sony Pictures Television; its current active project is Conviction, a Hulu legal drama starring Elisabeth Moss, with a second project, Under Pressure (a medical drama based on a Brazilian format), in development at ABC.
