RTL Creative UnitFollow

RTL Creative Unit is the in-house format development and creative production division of RTL Nederland, headquartered in Hilversum, Netherlands. The unit is internationally recognized as the co-creator of The Traitors, one of the most successful reality formats of recent years, and develops non-scripted and scripted formats across reality, gameshow, and factual entertainment genres. It creates content exclusively for RTL Nederland's broadcast channels (RTL 4, RTL 5, RTL 7, RTL 8, RTL Z) and for Videoland, RTL's Dutch streaming platform. The unit operates as an internal creative engine, working closely with external producers and maintaining exclusive development partnerships, such as with Talpa Studios' StukTV.
