Proximity Media is a multi-media production company founded by filmmaker Ryan Coogler, Zinzi Coogler, and Sev Ohanian, with co-founders Ludwig Göransson, Archie Davis, and Peter Nicks. The company creates event-driven feature films, television series, soundtracks, and podcasts centered on often-overlooked stories and subject matters. Known for critically acclaimed and commercially successful titles including Sinners ($365M+ global gross), Judas and the Black Messiah, Creed III, and Disney+ productions Ironheart and Eyes of Wakanda, Proximity holds a five-year overall TV deal with The Walt Disney Company and an in-house music division (Proximity Music) that is a rare distinction among independent production companies.
