About

The Producers' Club is a landmark Off-Off Broadway multi-use performing arts facility located in the heart of New York City's Theater District at 358 West 44th Street, steps from Times Square. The complex offers five fully equipped theaters that convert into HD screening rooms, rehearsal studios, a podcast studio, and a bar and lounge, all available for rental by independent artists, filmmakers, improv troupes, casting directors, and workshop facilitators. Originally the site of Budd Friedman's legendary comedy club The Improvisation (opened 1963), the current Producers' Club has operated under its present ownership — Albanian brothers Alfred and Ernest Tollja — since December 2006. It serves as a hub for the New York independent performing arts community with competitive all-inclusive rental rates and open seven days a week.
