Playtime

Playtime (formerly Films Distribution) is a Paris-based international sales, financing, and production company active since 1997, committed to co-financing, marketing, and distributing high-profile works by renowned filmmakers worldwide. A director-driven entity, it has built an acclaimed library of over 800 titles and partnered with auteurs such as François Ozon, Jacques Audiard, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Céline Sciamma, and László Nemes. Since 2023, Playtime Group is part of the European studio Vuelta, and produces under the Playtime Production banner as well as through independent labels Maneki Films, Parallel 45, and 27Tribe.
