PatMa Productions

PatMa Productions is a multi-platform independent production company co-founded in January 2018 by former CBS Entertainment Chairman Nina Tassler and veteran producer Denise Di Novi, named after their mothers, Pat and Norma. The company is focused on amplifying diverse voices, advancing gender parity, and creating content for film, television, theater, digital, and publishing platforms. In 2019, CBS Corporation acquired an ownership stake in PatMa and established a first-look deal across CBS platforms, with CBS Studios serving as worldwide distributor for qualifying projects. Notable productions include the FX/Hulu spy thriller series The Veil (2024), created by Steven Knight.
