Pathe Films

Pathé Films is the UK arm of French entertainment giant Pathé — one of the world's oldest and most storied film companies, founded in Paris in 1896. Operating as Pathé Productions Ltd, the London-based team functions as an independent producer, international sales agent, and distributor, with award-winning credits including Slumdog Millionaire, The Queen, Philomena, Selma, and The Great Escaper. As of late 2025, Pathé UK relaunched its English-language film business under co-CEOs Ben Browning and Faith Penhale, with an ambitious slate spanning premium feature films and prestige television for global audiences. The Pathé UK team has won 17 BAFTAs and 14 Oscars in recent years.
