Named after the iconic Orphan Andy's diner in San Francisco's Castro district, the company specializes in queer film and television across all genres, with a particular emphasis on rural, working-class, and global LGBTQ+ stories rooted in a queercore filmmaking ethos. The company operates with an indie DIY philosophy and actively partners with other producers and companies to help queer filmmakers from around the world make their films.
