Named after the iconic Orphan Andy's diner in San Francisco's Castro district, the company specializes in queer film and television across all genres, with a particular emphasis on rural, working-class, and global LGBTQ+ stories rooted in a queercore filmmaking ethos. Operating with an indie DIY philosophy, the company actively partners with producers and companies worldwide — including international co-productions — to help queer filmmakers tell their stories, with projects screening at major festivals including Cannes 2026.
