Occupant Entertainment is an independent film and television production and financing company headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA with operations in Munich, Germany. Founded circa 2004–2005 by USC Peter Stark Producing Program graduates Felipe Marino, Joe Neurauter, and Keith Calder, the company has raised and structured over $50 million in independent financing. Their productions span genre films, prestige dramas, and documentary series, and have been acquired and distributed by major studios including Sony Pictures Classics, Universal, Warner Brothers, IFC, Hulu, and eOne.
