Mr. Miyagi Films is a Barcelona-based film and animation production company specializing in the development, production, and co-production of live-action and animated feature films and series. Led by producers Ángeles Hernández and David Matamoros — both veterans of the Zentropa group — the company has co-produced over 20 award-winning films recognized at festivals including Berlin, Toronto, Sitges, San Sebastián, and Goa, earning Gaudí, Goya, and Quirino nominations and awards. The company is best known internationally for co-producing El Hoyo (The Platform), which became Netflix's second most-watched non-English language film of all time with over 82 million views.
