MPC (Moving Picture Company) is a legendary British-founded visual effects and computer animation studio, established in 1970 and best known for Academy Award-winning VFX work on films including Life of Pi, The Jungle Book, and 1917. Following Technicolor Group's 2025 bankruptcy, TransPerfect acquired MPC's French and Belgian operations (MPC Paris and MPC Liège), which continued under the mpcvfx.com brand. As of June 2026, MPC has been officially absorbed into sister company The Mill under one unified TransPerfect brand, with the film and series division now operating under The Mill umbrella.
