More4 is a British free-to-air digital television channel owned by Channel Four Television Corporation, launched on 10 October 2005. Its programming focuses on lifestyle and history documentaries, foreign-language dramas (including the Walter Presents strand), US dramas, and repeats of Channel 4 content. Originally aimed at an older, upmarket demographic as a counterpart to the youth-oriented E4, the channel repositioned in 2012 toward lifestyle-based content and commissions 'intelligent comfort viewing' soft-documentary series. It is available on Freeview (channel 18), Sky (channel 136), Freesat, Virgin Media, and streaming via the Channel 4 app.
