The company acquires distribution rights to independent films worldwide, representing a catalogue of over 100 completed theatrical features from Asia, Europe, and North America, and attends major international film markets including AFM, Berlin/EFM, Cannes, MIPCOM, and TIFF. In addition to sales and distribution, the company develops, produces, finances, and co-finances feature films annually via The MonteCristo Fund. MCI has evolved to incorporate AI-powered distribution tools and currently operates primarily out of Los Angeles.
