Maiden Voyage Pictures is an independent film production company co-founded in 2013 by veteran filmmaker/director Chris Columbus and his daughter Eleanor Columbus, with a core mission of serving as a launching pad for first-time and emerging directors. The company champions artistically ambitious independent projects across a wide range of genres, providing hands-on creative support and protecting filmmakers' visions. Their producing credits span fourteen films under the banner, including Robert Eggers' The Witch, The Lighthouse, and Nosferatu, Geremy Jasper's Patti Cake$, Joshua Weinstein's Menashe, Sean Wang's Dìdi, and the 2025 Netflix film The Thursday Murder Club.
