Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting

Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting C.S.A. was a Los Angeles-based casting company co-founded by Meg Liberman and Marc Hirschfeld, operating from approximately 1987 to 1999. Widely regarded as one of the largest and most successful independent casting agencies in the United States, the firm was responsible for casting landmark television series including Seinfeld, The X Files, The Larry Sanders Show, The Nanny, NewsRadio, and the HBO miniseries From the Earth to the Moon. Both founders went on to major network careers: Hirschfeld became EVP Casting at NBC Universal Television, and Liberman became EVP Casting at CBS Studios before retiring in 2023.
