Knot Free Productions

Knot Free Productions is an LA-based theater production company focused on staging ground-breaking pieces of theater in intimate settings, particularly smaller venues. Founded and led by producer Zachary Harris, the company has mounted critically acclaimed productions of Stephen Sondheim musicals and new works at venues including the Greenway Court Theatre, the Pico Playhouse, and the Hudson Theatre in Hollywood. The company is currently developing 'Jawbreaker: The Musical' — an adaptation of the 1999 cult film — for a workshop run at the Hudson Theatre in September 2026, with the 'Pump Up the Volume' musical partnered for a 2027 tour with Broadway & Beyond and Crossroads Live.
