Kinolime

Kinolime Inc is a Brooklyn-based, audience-driven independent production company and community platform where screenwriters submit original feature-length scripts and the public votes on which projects get green-lit and fully financed (up to $15 million). Founded by entrepreneur Oleg Saitskiy and filmmaker Daniel Finkelman, the company soft-launched at SXSW 2023 and has since run multiple annual screenplay competitions — including a high-school division called Kinolime NXT — while attracting over 3,400 screenplay submissions by 2025. It is widely described as one of the first audience-driven production companies and operates both as a content platform and a traditional indie production outfit.
