Independent Talent Group (ITG) is Europe's leading talent and literary agency, founded by Duncan Heath and incorporated in its current form in December 2001 following a management buyout from ICM. The agency represents actors, directors, writers, producers, below-the-line talent, models, casting directors, presenters, comedians, and voiceover artists across film, television, theatre, and publishing. Its high-profile client roster includes Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisz, Gillian Anderson, Jodie Comer, Anthony Hopkins, Stephen Graham, David Tennant, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Colin Firth, and many others. In December 2025, Sienna Private Equity acquired a majority stake in the company, valuing it at over $100 million.
