Independent Artist Entertainment (IAE) is a bi-coastal talent management company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Los Angeles, with a New York office. Founded by JC Gutierrez, Jenn Proctor, and Shelli Margheritis — veteran agents-turned-managers who previously worked together at McDonald/Selznick Associates — IAE specializes in personalized representation for actors, directors, writers, musicians, choreographers, and other creatives across film, TV, theater, commercials, and branded entertainment. The company operates globally through bi-coastal offices and an international partnership with Mark Summers Casting & Management, one of Europe's leading casting companies.
