Bischoff Hervey Entertainment Television LLC (BHE TV) was a Los Angeles-area independent television production company founded in 2003 by wrestling executive Eric Bischoff and actor-producer Jason Hervey. The company specialized in unscripted reality television, game shows, and cable programming, producing content for virtually every major U.S. cable network including VH1, Discovery, Nickelodeon, TruTV, CMT, A&E, and Spike TV. Notable productions included 'I Want to Be a Hilton,' 'Scott Baio Is 45...and Single,' 'Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling,' 'The Devil's Ride,' 'See Dad Run,' and 'Hardcore Pawn: Chicago.' The company was dissolved in 2014 as the founders cited a more competitive and less profitable independent production marketplace.
