Greenway Court Theatre

Greenway Court Theatre is a professional 99-seat theatre located on the campus of Fairfax High School in Los Angeles, operating as a program of Greenway Arts Alliance — a nonprofit organization founded in 1997 whose mission is to unite communities through art, education, and social enterprise. Originally built by Fairfax High School students in 1939, the venue was renovated and relaunched in 2000 by Greenway Arts Alliance to serve both the school and the surrounding community. The theatre presents and produces a diverse range of work including main-stage theatrical productions, world premieres, spoken word events (including the weekly Da Poetry Lounge), festivals such as the annual LA Get Down Festival, and live podcasts, with a particular commitment to amplifying underrepresented and multicultural voices in Los Angeles.
