Gracie Films

Gracie Films, Inc. is an American independent film and television production company founded by James L. Brooks on January 4, 1986, and named after comedian Gracie Allen. The company is best known as the longtime producer of The Simpsons, the longest-running American animated series, and has also produced acclaimed feature films including Broadcast News, As Good as It Gets, Jerry Maguire, and the 2025 release Ella McCay. Headquartered on the Fox Studios lot in Los Angeles, the company primarily distributes its theatrical films through Sony Pictures Entertainment, while The Simpsons continues to be produced at Fox's Century City studios.
