Good Deed Entertainment (GDE) is an Ohio-based American independent film studio founded in 2012 by Scott Donley, dedicated to producing, financing, acquiring, and distributing quality entertainment for film and television. The company is best known for releasing the Academy Award-nominated animated feature Loving Vincent, along with acclaimed titles such as Summertime, To Dust, and Charlotte. GDE also operates Cranked Up Films, its genre division focused on high-concept horror, grounded sci-fi, and speculative fiction. The company relocated from Los Angeles to Ashland, Ohio in 2019 and has since expanded into international sales and original production.
