Genre Films (Los Angeles)

Genre Films (also credited as Kinberg Genre) is an American production company founded in 2010 by screenwriter-producer-director Simon Kinberg, known for its work on large-scale feature films and prestige television. The company held a first-look deal with 20th Century Fox from 2010 to 2019, during which Kinberg's productions generated nearly $7 billion in global box office. Since departing Fox, Genre Films has operated independently on the feature side while maintaining an overall television deal with Apple TV+, producing marquee series including Invasion, Sugar, and Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed. The company is run day-to-day by President Audrey Chon alongside founder Simon Kinberg.
