F's ireann/Screen Ireland

Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland is Ireland's national state development agency for the film, television drama, animation, documentary, VFX, and digital games industries, formerly known as the Irish Film Board (Bord Scannán na hÉireann), operating under the aegis of the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport. The agency invests in talent, creativity, and enterprise through a wide range of funding supports across development, production, distribution, promotion, and skills development, with an annual budget of €39.2m for 2024. Screen Ireland has been a driving force behind Ireland's recent global cinematic renaissance, supporting internationally acclaimed productions including The Banshees of Inisherin, Poor Things, An Cailín Ciúin (The Quiet Girl), Small Things Like These, and Kneecap, cementing Ireland's status as a world-class centre for screen production.
