About
Ffilm Cymru Wales is the sole development agency for Welsh film, incorporated in 2006 as a private company limited by guarantee (CIC). It serves as a delegated lottery distributor for the Arts Council of Wales and delivers BFI NETWORK talent development activity across Wales, investing National Lottery and Creative Wales funds in the development and production of live-action, documentary, and animated feature and short films led by Wales-born or Wales-based filmmakers. The agency also supports film exhibition, audience development, and skills training across Wales, with notable funded credits including Censor, Kensuke's Kingdom, Chuck Chuck Baby, Timestalker, and Mr Burton.
