About

Epix Studios was the in-house television and film production arm of Epix, an MGM-owned premium cable network and streaming service. Operating from 2021 through January 2023, the studio produced and co-produced original scripted series and films, including the hit sci-fi horror series FROM, the Western drama Billy the Kid, and the period drama Bridge and Tunnel. In January 2023, Epix was rebranded as MGM+ and the Epix Studios banner transitioned to MGM+ Studios, becoming part of the broader Amazon MGM Studios family following Amazon's $8.5 billion acquisition of MGM.
