End of Episode, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based multi-media production company founded by Emmy-nominated creator, showrunner, and producer Courtney A. Kemp, formerly known as Mawuli Productions, Inc. The company is best known for producing the massively successful Power franchise on Starz — including Power Book II: Ghost, Power Book III: Raising Kanan, Power Book IV: Force, and Power: Origins — as well as the hit Netflix crime drama Nemesis (2026), which reached #1 in the US and 15 other countries. After a landmark eight-figure, four-year overall deal with Netflix beginning in 2021, End of Episode signed a new multiyear overall deal with Apple TV+ in May 2026, where it will develop and produce series exclusively, with Apple holding a first look on film projects. The company's mandate centers on championing bold, high-stakes, character-driven stories from women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ voices.
