Dixie Pixie Productions

Dixie Pixie Productions was Dolly Parton's film and television production company, established circa 2014–2015 when her prior banner Southern Light Productions was renamed following a deal at Warner Bros. Television Studios. The company produced made-for-TV movies — most notably 'Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors' (2015) and 'Dolly Parton's Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love' (2016) for NBC — and partnered with Warner Bros. Television and Netflix for an anthology series of TV films based on Parton's classic songs. In 2019, the company was rebranded as Sandollar Productions, reviving the name of Parton's earlier venture with her former manager Sandy Gallin, following Gallin's death.
