Constantin Film Development

Constantin Film Development, Inc. is the Los Angeles-based U.S. production arm of Constantin Film AG, Germany's leading independent film and TV company, responsible for developing and producing the company's English-language feature film and television projects. The office operates under co-presidents Robert Kulzer and Pamela L. Kunath, who report directly to Constantin Film AG CEO Oliver Berben. The division is internationally best known for producing the billion-dollar Resident Evil film franchise and the Shadowhunters television series, and is actively ramping up its English-language theatrical slate with recent hits including Regretting You (2025) and Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die (2025). Constantin Film Development was incorporated in California in 1989 and operates as a subsidiary of Constantin Film AG, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss media conglomerate Highlight Communications AG.
