Founded in 2002 as a print magazine by Marc Eckō, it evolved into a major digital video and content network producing original programming distributed across Netflix, Hulu, Fuse, Pluto TV, Roku, and more. In 2024, NTWRK acquired Complex from BuzzFeed for $108.6 million, folding the NTWRK e-commerce brand into Complex and rebranding the parent entity as Complex NTWRK. The company is also known for ComplexCon, its annual two-day cultural festival, and hit shows like 'Hot Ones' and 'Sneaker Shopping.'
