Color Force is an American independent film and television production company founded in 2007 by Nina Jacobson, former president of Disney's Buena Vista Motion Pictures Group, with partner Brad Simpson joining in 2012. The company is best known for producing The Hunger Games franchise (grossing over $3 billion worldwide), Crazy Rich Asians, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, and the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning anthology television series American Crime Story and Pose for FX. In 2024, Color Force signed an overall film deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment and renewed its exclusive TV producing deal with FX through 2027, cementing its position as one of Hollywood's most successful mid-sized independent production banners.
