About

Collective Pictures (operating as 'Collective') is a Canadian film, TV, and digital production studio founded in 2010 by Jeff Chan and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company is best known for producing the Code 8 sci-fi franchise — a crowdfunding phenomenon that became a global Netflix hit reaching #1 in multiple international markets — and the romantic drama Float (Lionsgate, 2024). The studio is partnered with Netflix and Lionsgate, and leverages Canadian tax credits and regional incentives to provide filmmakers with greater production flexibility.
