Circle Management + Production (formerly Circle of Confusion) is a global talent management and production company with offices in Los Angeles and New York, founded by Lawrence Mattis over three decades ago. The company represents some of the world's most highly respected and awarded artists in film, television, theater, and literature — including writers, directors, and actors who defy conventional labels. Notable clients include Alan Ball, Willem Dafoe, Frances McDormand, Idina Menzel, Taylor Jenkins Reid, Sarah Polley, Chloë Sevigny, Lilly Wachowski, Lana Wachowski, Emma Corrin, Robert Kirkman, and Derek Kolstad, among others. The company rebranded from Circle of Confusion to Circle Management and Production in June 2024, operating under the shorthand Circle M+P.
