Bell Dramatic Serial Company is a Los Angeles-based television production company founded in 1973 by the late William J. Bell and his wife Lee Phillip Bell, the creators of the long-running CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. Since 1987, the company has also been associated with the production of The Bold and the Beautiful (under its alternate banner Bell-Phillip Television Productions, Inc.), making it the producing entity behind two of the most enduring and internationally syndicated daily dramas in television history. The company operates in partnership with Sony Pictures Television at CBS Television City in Los Angeles.
