Bad Wolf Ltd. is a Cardiff-based, award-winning independent television production company founded in 2015 by former BBC executives Jane Tranter (CEO) and Julie Gardner, now a subsidiary of Sony Pictures Television International Production. Operating from its own 7-stage Wolf Studios Wales facility in Cardiff, with additional offices in London's Soho and at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, the company has produced 117 hours of high-end drama for broadcasters including HBO, BBC, AMC, Sky, ITV, and Disney, earning BAFTA, Emmy, and Golden Globe recognition. It is considered the largest UK production company outside of London and also founded Screen Alliance Wales, a philanthropic screen education and training initiative.
