3LHW is a minority-owned company led by three women from diverse backgrounds�Black, Asian, Mexican, queer/LGBT, and left-handed�bringing a wealth of experience and skills. Committed to intersectionality, they carefully choose projects that align with their values and work equitably with clients to create the best possible product. With deep roots in the entertainment industry, they understand the challenges women, LGBT, and POC face, from microaggressions to systemic oversights, and are dedicated to fostering a fair, respectful environment for all.
