Production List Plugin Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Production List assistant plugin, the connector that lets AI assistants look up film and television productions, companies and crew from Production List. The plugin is developed and published by GreyTV Media (“we”, “us”). By using the plugin through an assistant you agree to these terms. The data it returns is published by Production List, a service of the Film & Television Industry Alliance, and remains subject to the Production List Terms of Service.
1. The service
The plugin provides read-only access to public listing facts from the Production List database: titles, stages, dates, locations, attached companies and named people with their roles, and a link to each record’s public page. It is offered free of charge at a limited rate. Holders of a Production List API key may connect it with their key to use their plan’s limits instead.
2. What it does not provide
The plugin does not provide personal contact details of any kind, and no tool it offers can return them. Contact details for productions and companies are available only to Production List members under the Production List Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the plugin to copy, scrape or rebuild the Production List database, in whole or in part;
- attempt to obtain contact details through the plugin, or to circumvent its rate limits;
- resell or redistribute plugin output as a data product; programmatic access is licensed separately through the Production List Data API;
- use the plugin in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the assistant you are using.
4. Accuracy and freshness
Listings are compiled from public announcements and updated continuously. Every record the plugin returns carries the date it was last updated. Production status, dates and attachments change, and we do not guarantee that any record is complete or current. Verify before you act on it.
5. Attribution
Answers built from the plugin should credit Production List and link the record’s page. The plugin includes the link and an attribution line in every result to make that easy.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, limit or discontinue the plugin at any time. Free-tier limits may change without notice. We will keep these terms and the plugin privacy policy current with the plugin’s behaviour.
7. No warranty
The plugin is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.
