Hi, I’m Lorillee Paras! I am a SoCal–based storyteller and production professional with over seven years of experience across commercials, short films, live events, advocacy, and community-driven media projects. I began my career in 2018, as a freelance Office and Set Production Assistant in the commercial industry, building a strong foundation in production coordination and on-set operations before expanding into producing collaborative, culturally grounded work. In addition to my production work, I have supported Los Angeles nonprofits and arts organizations through event production and community engagement initiatives. In 2024, I became the Strategy and Development Lead at Mahalaya SF, a volunteer-run publication centering Filipino and Filipino American voices through community-centered journalism and solidarity reporting. My work is rooted in uplifting BIPOC storytellers and communities by centering voices both behind and in front of the camera. Aiming to create meaningful stories that deepen understanding, inspire action, and challenge gatekeeping in the film industry.
