Thousand Voices Media is a media and production company founded in 2022 by Today show co-host Jenna Bush Hager, operating under a first-look deal with NBCUniversal's Universal Studio Group to adapt books into films, television series, and podcasts. The company also operates Thousand Voices Books, a joint publishing venture with the Random House Publishing Group (a division of Penguin Random House), dedicated to championing debut and emerging authors across romance, suspense, literary fiction, and more. In 2026, the company received a pilot order from NBC for Protection, a drama co-created with Josh Safran, marking its first foray into scripted network television as executive producer.
