Some Spider Studios

Some Spider Studios was a New York-based digital media and entertainment holding company founded in 2014 by Vinit Bharara (co-founder of Diapers.com) and backed by Marc Lore and NEA. The company built the largest collection of digital media brands for parents, including Scary Mommy, Fatherly, The Dad, and CAFE (led by Preet Bharara). In July 2021, Some Spider Studios was acquired by BDG (Bustle Digital Group), and its brands and operations now operate under BDG's parent-focused media portfolio.
