About

Renfield Productions is a legacy Hollywood production company founded in 1978 by acclaimed director Joe Dante and producer Michael Finnell, known for genre-defining cult classics including Gremlins, The Howling, Innerspace, and The 'Burbs. Born from the Roger Corman era and shaped through collaborations with Steven Spielberg, the company has carved a niche blending horror, comedy, and satire with sharp social commentary. Today, under the stewardship of Dante, Finnell, and partner Mark Alan, Renfield continues to develop and produce feature and series-length projects for streaming and evolving media platforms.
