Ratpac Entertainment

RatPac Entertainment is a global media and entertainment company founded by Hollywood filmmaker Brett Ratner and Australian billionaire James Packer, best known for co-financing over 81 theatrically released motion pictures totaling more than $17 billion in worldwide box office receipts. The company partnered with Dune Entertainment in 2013 to form RatPac-Dune, which entered a landmark $450+ million, 75-film co-financing deal with Warner Bros. Pictures covering titles such as Gravity, Wonder Woman, American Sniper, and The LEGO Movie. In addition to feature film financing, RatPac operated subsidiaries including RatPac Documentary Films, RatPac Television, and RatPac Press. Its major studio co-financing operations effectively wound down in 2018 following the severing of its Warner Bros. deal, though the company remained nominally active; in 2026 Ratner returned to directing with the documentary Melania, released by Amazon MGM Studios.
