Principato Young Entertainment (NY)

Principato-Young Entertainment was a premier talent management and production company co-founded in 2000/2001 by Peter Principato and Paul Young, known for representing major comedy talent and producing hit films and television series. The New York office, located at 261 Madison Ave, served as an East Coast hub for its management and production operations. In May 2018, the company rebranded as Artists First following co-founder Paul Young's departure and Electus acquiring a majority stake, with Peter Principato continuing as CEO (later Chairman) and E. Brian Dobbins elevated to CEO in December 2025. The company remains a force in comedy and drama talent management, representing clients such as Jordan Peele, Kenya Barris, Tiffany Haddish, Will Arnett, and many others, with offices continuing in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.
